Sorry fans for not posting sooner. It's been a sad week for our church family.
Last week I continued my fascination with The Backyardigans on tv.
This is the usual look I have when watching it.
Gotta love this face!
Today Mommy went for a walk with us. Red Car got to go with us too!
We drove to the walking spot since Mommy went with us. She's not so good at climbing hills and the walk back up to our subdivision would've totally done her in!
And...off we go!
Ya always gotta be prepared for oncoming traffic!
"Where we goin' Daddy?"
"Let's head over there!"
Why is everyone honking at us? Daddy says he knows half of Boone County now that we walk twice a day.
It's starting to drizzle rain. Apparently we don't know enough to come in out of the rain.
Time for a flashback. Here I am today.
And here I am in this same spot last summer. I miss that neon green stroller.
"Stop crying Mommy...I'm still your little baby."
"Hey Daddy, Mommy's a mess. Do something."
My newest obsession....looking up at street signs. Stop signs are my favorite.
Coming down the home stretch. This is the bridge we had our picture taken recently, remember.
Mommy threatens to throw me down in this creek to swim with the fishes if I don't behave.
After we got home, I relaxed while watching my newest tv show - Yo Gabba Gabba!
Its like meth...for Toddlers. I'm fascinated with it.
Mim got me a Tootie doll that sings to me. I played with it the whole time the show was on.
Tootie makes a nice pillow.
Teething stinks! STILL no more teeth than my original 8.
"It's either chew my fingers or my toes. You pick, woman!"
After going poopies, it was time for a bath.
I've almost figured out how to stick my feet into the bucket.
"Hey! I almost got it."
Official bathtime shot.
Big Head Baby Luke in a Bathtub.
I always read "Mimi's Toes" during bathing. It helps me relax. I can't be ANYWHERE without a book in arm's reach.
Teething on my Noah's Ark boat.
Action shot.
Making sure all the animals are intact.
A happy, clean baby!
What??? I promise I'll stay clean...
"Ok...you guys know me way too well..."
I like a lot of action when I bathe, so what!
It was time to get out of the tub but Daddy was "busy" so I had to wait a few minutes...
I absolutely HATE getting dressed - especially diapers.
Like I said earlier, I have to have reading material EVERYWHERE and that includes the changing table.
I'm back to doing my "tiger sound" - watch the video!
Mommy came downstairs and found her boys like this watching The Backyardigans again.
We are soooo cool.
Doing flips with Brother.
I LOVE 'em - More! More!
Yo Gabba Gabba and The Backyardigans - pure Toddler Heaven!
Think Mommy will watch it AGAIN??? We've only watched this episode 3 times today.
Since its bedtime, Daddy read me a book. This is one of the rare non-flip-flap books that I own and actually love.
Mommy turned my movie off. I was NOT happy. (Robin Denise)
Time for bed. I promise to blog sooner! Hugs and Kisses to all my fans.

Luke I just LOVE the tiger sound. You just keep getting cuter and cuter. Don't be too hard on your Mommy for getting all weepy at how much you've grown. Mommies are allowed to do that. Jadon likes Yo Gabba Gabba too. He says you have good taste!

My man Luke,
Your Aunt K's meth as a toddler came in the form of a purple dinosaur named Barney; Aunt M's was "some pig" and a spider named Charlotte. Though your Daddy rarely sat still for any tv show, I have viewed a million set-ups involving Star Wars' figures and He-Men. You kids owe us Mommies forever for exposing us to these shows! What's so pitiful is that we catch ourselves singing "I like fish" and doing the Jack Black dance moves! In the end, we wouldn't give up a single minute of watching you all grow up. Love you, buddy-bear, Mim
