Watch Me Grow

Another One Bites The Dust

Did somebody say it's time to decorate our tree???

I promise I'll be good.

Hanging up my first ornament of the year. Its Bob the Tomato from VeggieTales.

"Is this where I should put it, Daddy?"

Here I am last year hanging the ornament up. I wasn't even 1 yet - so Daddy had to help.

Brother even helped out!

So the object is to PUSH the ornament INTO the tree and watch it fall to the floor?

And so we have it - our first ornament casulty of the season. The Christmas Pickle bit the dust.

Let's pause for a moment as we remember last year's victim.

Good ole' Santa Dog. Can't break him.

Here I am last year carrying Santa Dog around in my mouth.

Hey! Whaddya know....its my old friend JINGLE BALL!!!

My favorite part of decorating the tree was UNdecorating the tree. I'd put an ornament on, then take it back off and put it back in the box. I'm turning out to be very O.C.D.

I thought the box would look pretty on the tree too.

Daddy tried to "sneak" the antlers on me thinking I wouldn't notice.

But I'm quick like lightning.

Let's see if it can stay on as I run helter-skelter thru the house.

Its kinda growin' on me!

Here I am last year with the antlers. Not a big fan of them even back then.

Now he's trying to sneak a hat on me. Who is he kidding???

At this point I haven't noticed the hat yet.

Here I am in my santa hat last year. Mommy loves my little face here.

I kicked the hat off and begged Mommy to put these random ornaments on the tree.

It was Brother's turn to put the angel on the tree this year. He's almost as tall as the tree now.

Mommy wanted a final family picture by the tree.

This is about as good as it gets.

Luke's bottom half of the tree. All toddler-friendly ornaments.

Here's our entire tree. We literally decorated it in 5 minutes since I wanted to take down every ornament and not put any back on. The top half is jam-packed and the bottom half is scarce.

Told ya I'd be good. Now let's see what else I can get into.

Oh look, Brother left his drink on the counter. Let's see what happens when I squish the cup.

I knew it wouldnt be good. I got a hand-smack and a "NO" outta that deal.

Let's enjoy some Cheez-Its. Its the snack of champions.

And my old standby - fruit and yogurt cup. I live on these things.

Full belly - check! Nice warm bath - check! Long jammies on - check! Clean diaper - check! Now all that's left is to dance to some Nick Jr.

On your mark...Get set...GO!

Stay tuned for more adventures - it is hard to tell what I'll get into this week!
